Description

Canines are often used as a non-rodent model for studying the efficacy and safety of newly developed drugs and chemicals. This is mostly due to the similarities in their anatomical morphology and physiology compared to humans. Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells (BMMCs) are a heterogenous mixture of cells isolated from bone marrow and is especially rich in hematopoeitic stem cells. BMMCs consist of several types of cells including lymphocytes, monocytes, mesenchymal stem cells and hematopoietic progenitor cells and are isolated from bone marrow aspirate via density gradient centrifugation. Used for a variety of applications, BMMCs are frequently utilized in drug discovery/development, assay validation/development, cell therapy research, and other immunology applications. Features & Benefits Isolated from bone marrow aspirate collected from a variety of anticoagulants Available in custom formats and aliquot sizes Rigorous QC ensures consistent, reliable cell lots
